- Popsicles Molds
If you are looking for Popsicle molds, these silicone ones have excellent reviews and are on sale at the time I am posting.
- Greek Yogurt (Key Lime, Coconut, Raspberry-Pomegranate
- Chia Seeds (Optional)
- Food Coloring to deepen colors (Optional)
I made some with chia seeds and some without. I definitely prefer the look with chia seeds, I think it looks more like a watermelon, don’t you?
If you are making yours with chia seeds, mix them in with your raspberry-pomegranate greek yogurt first and then fill your Popsicle molds until they are about 3/4 full. Next, add a thin layer of coconut greek yogurt, and fill the remainder of the space with the keylime greek yogurt. FYI, I added 1 drop of green food coloring to my keylime greek yogurt.
If you are curious how many of these individual sized yogurts I used for my Popsicle molds, in total I used 3 raspberry-pomegranate, 3/4 of the coconut, and 1 keylime.
All that is left to do is pop them into the freezer until they are frozen.
I hope you enjoyed this recipe! If you did, you may want to try making Sprinkle yogurt Popsicles as well =).
