Back again with another sensory play idea. I had leftover product from my previous Easter Sensory Play bin, so I decided to put together another one.
- Sterilite Bin
- ½ Bag of Easter Grass
- Plastic Easter Eggs
- Mini Erasers
- Wind Up Easter Chick
- Mini Marshmallows (Optional)
- Line the bottom of your bin with ½ a bag of Easter grass.
- Put mini erasers in the plastic Easter eggs and a special treat in one of the eggs.
- Place (or hide) the plastic Easter eggs and wind up Easter chick on the grass.
Here are the mini erasers I used. I purchased them from Dollarama for $3.00, the package came with 36 erasers.
For her special treat egg I added some mini mashmallows. Thinking of the smile on her face when she discovered them fills me with so much joy. I love how excited she is over the little things =).
One of her favorite things in this bin was the wind up chick (from Dollarama).
She had a lot of fun opening up each egg to find out what was inside. I am getting very excited about the Easter egg hunt I am planning this year.
When she was finished playing, we put everything back in the bin and put a cover on it. These bins are Sterilite brand. I purchased them from Walmart in a pack of 5 for $5.00.
I hope you enjoyed this post! Make sure to check out my previous Easter Sensory Play idea.
